Payment Policy

We do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD). All orders must be prepaid using the payment methods available at checkout.

Order Confirmation & Finality

Once an order is successfully placed, it cannot be cancelled, modified, or edited. Customers are requested to review all order details carefully before completing the purchase.

Returns & Exchanges

We truly want you to love your purchase and have a pleasant experience with us. If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.

We do accept returns under certain conditions. If you wish to return a product, please ensure that it is unused, unworn, and in its original packaging with all tags intact, Please remember that you have share your unpacking video with us.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund. Kindly note that a small return handling and processing fee will be deducted from the refund amount. This deduction helps us cover logistics, packaging, and quality checks involved in the return process.

Please note:

  • Return requests must be raised within 1 of receiving your order.

  • Customized or made-to-order products are not eligible for return unless received damaged or incorrect.

Refunds will be initiated to your original payment method within 1-2 days after the return is approved.

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 24–48 hours of delivery with clear photos, and we’ll be happy to assist you.

Shipping & Delivery
